The data provided by you is furthermore required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
We store your data for the duration of the business relationship and beyond that in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations, as well as for as long as claims arising from the contractual relationship may be asserted.

We disclose your data to the following recipients or categories of recipients: IT and hosting service providers, email and communication service providers, as well as external advisers or authorities where this is necessary for contractual performance, compliance with legal obligations or the protection of legitimate interests.
As a rule, your data is not processed outside the EU or the EEA. If, in individual cases, processing outside the EU or the EEA should become necessary, this will only take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
